Double Loop Torpedo Weight
Lead Double Loop Torpedo Weights are standard trolling sinkers with a brass eye at each end. Get your bait down deep. Attach your line to one end, a leader to the other, and your bait will stay in the zone. The streamlined design is great for trolling your lures and baits. The shape of this fishing weight lets them easily run through the water and not get snagged. Greater sink rate with its torpedo-shaped body. Easy to use for trolling, drift rigs, and bottom walking rigs. Troll for species such as wahoo.
There are a variety of fishing sinker styles to choose from as well as numerous ways to rig them. Choosing the right type and size weight can bring instant angling success. Stronger currents or deeper waters require heavier weights. Terminal tackle takes longer to reach the bottom in a strong current deviating from where it was intended to drop. In-line, trolling sinkers are known for their quick drops.
Never use more weight than is absolutely necessary to get your bait to the bottom. Our Rite Angler Lead Double Loop Torpedo Weights are available in 1oz to 35oz. sizes.
Lead fishing weights are an essential piece of terminal tackle. It's always good to keep a few different sinkers in your tackle box.
