Lead pyramid sinkers with their inverted, streamlined profile sink quickly and work best in fast currents. The flat sides prevent it from rolling in a strong flow of water. These sinkers bury themselves in the bottom which will keep your bait stationary in the same place.

Target catfish, bass, stripers, trout, pike, and walleye. Great for surf fishing where there are sandy bottoms and when the wind is blowing hard. They're not recommended for fishing where there are rocky bottoms.

Stronger currents or deeper waters require heavier weights. Our Rite Angler Lead Pyramid Sinkers are available in 1oz., 2oz., 3oz., 4oz., 5oz., and 8oz. sizes. When looking for longer casts, choose the heavier sizes. Never use more weight than is absolutely necessary to get your bait to the bottom.
